Installing the license
Once you purchase SlickUpload, you will receive a license file. Ensure that it is
named "Krystalware.SlickUpload.xml.lic" exactly. Sometimes email clients
or web browsers will append a file index such as [1] to the end of
the filename, and this will cause the license install to fail.
To install the license, copy the "Krystalware.SlickUpload.xml.lic"
license file into your application bin directory (~/bin).
Restart your application, open it, and the branding will have disappeared.
License Versioning
You cannot use licenses from an older version with a newer version, for example a version 5 license with version 6. However, you can use a new license with an older version – for example, version 5 with a version 6 license.
We offer a 50% upgrade discount for those who have previous versions of SlickUpload. If you have a license for a previous version and wish to upgrade, email us at orders@slickupload.com and attach your existing license file. We will respond with a discount code for your upgrade.
