Super Super Super Bug on SlickUpload Options

When I cancel uploading file, the page is ok, but I find the file is still uploading to server.

Who can tell me why,and how can I really stop the uploading file

I use the newest example of SlickUpload to test,still have this prob.

Please use client and Server to test, don't test on local computer
