I want to move Location from Web.Config to someother place like saving it in DB and loading it at runtime.
Please help me in this regard.

Have a look at the FileNameGenerator sample (http://krystalware.com/Products/SlickUpload/Demos/FileNameGenerator/DefaultCS.aspx, or in the SlickUpload package). This should allow you to do what you need in terms of setting a dynamic location.
