Which version of IE are you using, and which version of SlickUpload? You can determine the IE version in Help->About, and the SlickUpload version by going to the Explorer Properties dialog on the Krystalware.SlickUpload.dll file and looking at the details tab.

If you're using IE 9, you'll need to upgrade to v5.5.11 -- support was added for IE9 in that version. You can get the latest v5 archive on the download page: http://krystalware.com/slickupload/download

Is it possible to extract the offending code into a test page that I can use to reproduce the issue? If so, can you send it to me at chrish@krystalware.com? If I can reproduce the issue here, I should be able to get you a fixed v5 build that will work with your project.
